Try this on for size:
1 minute each exercise
*Jumping Jacks
*Mountain Climbers
*Push ups
*Crunches
*Plank hold
*Tricep dips
*Full sit ups
*Lunges
*Jogs in place
1 minute rest---catch your breath, sips of water (do not sit down)
Repeat. Challenge yourself. Try to do 2 sets. Then add another. And so on, and so on...
